From design to production, Mario Cotta guarantees the highest quality standards.
The whole process is followed by a Technical Office and a highly specialized team of technicians who entirely designs the best solution for customer application in 3D. Taking advantage of high-tech machinery, balancing machine for balancing all sectors, Mitutoyo for tolerance control, Mario Cotta therefore ensures only high quality components and raw materials. All completed rollers are then tested at high speed on our Test Machine, which can accommodate rollers up to 9 meters of table. The test returns fundamental values to guarantee high quality to the product. Vibrations, critical speeds and operating temperatures are measured along the entire board. Only after this fundamental test can the roller be prepared for shipping to the customer.

Rotating Incidence
The rollers are supplied with Mario Cotta std supports which allow the variation of the incidence. The variation could occur trough an handwheel, ratchet key and, if required, it can be motorized.
Variable Bow
Where the application requires a variable bow due to variable work condition, Mario Cotta can supply Varibale Bow Rollers. The thruster could be mechanical or hydraulic, depending on diameter and application.

Mario Cotta on its metal spreaders is able to offer all the solutions that the market requires.
